I recently used Alan Jacobson to sell a house, not local, for a family estate I was in charge of. I knew I would come down once to get the house “in order,” but beyond that, I wanted as little to do with the home selling process as possible. I met Alan at the house and was spot on with his assessment, which employed the 72SOLD strategy bringing a floodgate of buyers and allowed me to get the highest price in the shortest time. We thoroughly discussed his marketing strategy, which focuses on a quick turnaround from listing to a signed contract. This was of the upmost importance to me as every day we owned the house was a day of losing money.
